Description
The concept of this development was to orient it around a central park along with a series of small lakes to provide an amenity at the core of the project. A loop road would be created to connect smaller surrounding residential neighborhoods. The overall site consists of 40% single family homes and 60% multi-family units. Designed in collaboration with EDSA.
