The Island will be a 360,000 sqft unique 81 unit luxury resort located on one of Grand Cayman´s beautiful beaches. Some of the public and recreational buildings will include a restaurant, shops, tennis courts, and a wellness center. The swimming pool will be one of the cornerstones of the development, located at the front of the site and in direct relationship to the beach. By incorporating eco-friendly design, the resort is envisioned to set a new standard for the future development in the Grand Cayman Islands.
